Management
Royal Bay Nursing Home is owned and operated by Royal Bay Care Homes Limited. The group's directors have hands-on experience of living in and working with care homes dating back to 1976.
The Nursing Care is managed by the Matron, supported by her team of fully trained nurses, care assistants and domestic staff. Apart from their specific vocational skills, which in most cases means at NVQ2 or higher, staff are also trained in fire procedures, first aid, physical handling and medication management.
