Another 100th Birthday for Royal Bay Care Homes!
Sybil Eckford celebrated her 100th birthday with family and friends at Larks leas Care Home, Blandford on 9th August. Sybil moved to Blandford in 1982 with her daughter Janet to be near her son Richard and her 4 Grandchildren and since has been involved in many local communities - working at Blandford Oxfam for many years, delivering Meals on Wheels and hosting fund raising events for The Beeches where Janel attended. Full of energy belying her age, Sybil is an inspiration to everyone who knows her and continues her passion for knitting, painting, Scrabble and Crosswords into her next century.
