Management

Royal Bay Residential Care Home is owned and operated by Royal Bay Care Homes Limited. The group's directors have hands-on experience of living in and working with care homes dating back to 1976.

Care provision is supervised by the Care Home Manager, supported by her team of fully trained care assistants and domestic staff. Apart from their specific vocational skills, which in most cases means at NVQ2 or higher, staff are also trained in fire procedures, first aid, manual handling and safe handling of medication.
