To refer to the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) you may access their website by going to http://www.csci.gov.uk.

You may view the Herons Park reports by clicking here www.csci.org.uk. The last report from May 2006 was compiled under the home's previous ownership, and it is the intention of Royal Bay Care Homes to introduce new systems and practices which will help enhance future inspection results. Also, please note that there are a number of homes with similar names around the country so please be sure it is the one in Kidderminster!
