To all the staff at Forest Hill House.
We just wanted to write and thank everyone who knew and cared for. Who would have thought when she arrived that she would still be there nearly six years later! It is a testament to your skill and loving care that made her life with you so comfortable and content.
We thank our stars everyday that we found Forest Hill House. It will be strange not to be taking part in all the Easter & Christmas celebration, but wish everyone our very best wishes & we are forever grateful to you.

I would like to thank you all for what you have done for my mum. I know mum was only with you for 4 days but I could see I made the right choice for mum. A special thanks to the nurse in charge on the Sunday mum died, you were so kind to both mum and myself.
