Close Care Concept - Management

Care Manager Royal Bay's Close Care is based upon the principle that people want to live as independently as possible, but that there will be times when some trusted help is needed. In today's increasingly insular society, not everyone can rely upon easy availability of local, friendly help with day to day domestic chores.

Every Royal Bay Close Care retirement home owner is furnished with a management contract, involving an annual service fee, which covers the overall maintenance of the common areas of the buildings, and also provides access to help from the site Close Care Manager. This person is a dedicated employee of Royal Bay. He or she works closely alongside the management of the co-located care home to coordinate the provision of any services to the owners of the close care retirement properties.

The Care Manager can help with shopping, cleaning, repairs and other daily tasks. Meals can be provided on request from the kitchens at the Care Home.
