Autumn Lodge Residential
home is overseen by the regional Operations Director, whose office is in
the area. Care provision is managed by the Care Manager, supported by her
team of fully trained care assistants and domestic staff. Apart from their
specific vocational skills, which in most cases means at NVQ2 or higher,
staff are also trained in fire procedures, first aid, manual handling and
safe handling of medication.
