Royal Bay Claremont Lodge Home is owned and operated by Royal Bay Care Homes Limited. The group's directors have hands-on experience of living in and working with care homes dating back to 1978.
Russell Wilson is a Master of Business Administration graduate. He has many years of experience of operating in the private care sector. He is currently a member of various committees associated with health care. He is the Chairman of the Dorset branch of the Registered Nursing Homes Association.
The Registered Manager is Sandra Daniells who has many years experience of residential and nursing homes. She is a Registered General nurse who has completed her Registered Managers Award. Mrs Daniells is involved with various local community organisations and projects, and is a local District Councillor.
The Deputy Manager is Debbie Dowler who also has many years experience of managing care homes.
Royal Bay Claremont Lodge home is overseen by the regional Operations Director, whose office is in the area. Care provision is managed by the Care Manager, supported by her team of fully trained care assistants and domestic staff. Apart from their specific vocational skills, which in most cases means at NVQ2 or higher, staff are also trained in fire procedures, first aid, manual handling and safe handling of medication.
